Dear Eduardo,
After just 6 weeks, I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy we are with our Scalewatcher. Our water is so hard (over 15 GPG), that even you had some doubts, but the system is sure doing the job. A toilet which we were actually shopping for a replacement for, is now working better than I ever remember. The calcium and lime stains that we always used a Scotch Bright, and heavy-duty lime cleaner is gone and not coming back. The water pressure is getting better every week. The most amazing thing is the fact that my doctor had diagnosed me with a mild case of psoriasis on my head and elbows (now, I'm not sure he was correct). We are thrilled with the positive change in our water since we installed the Scalewatcher. Our copper pipes have been descaled and the water by next day installation was obviously softer as demonstrated by the lather of the soap and shampoo in the shower. The shower requires no harsh cleaners to remove the lime scale and the dishes in the dishwasher come out without the white water spots. I am so sold on this product that I would like to become a dealer for southwestern Ontario, Canada. I have been praising the product to all with an interest and already have two homeowners asking for more information.

I'd been looking into this type of system for quite awhile before I purchased. I was installing a tankless water heater at my house so I wanted something to help prevent scaling. I also plan to install another tankless system at my other house. I also wanted the benefits of the unit in my motorhome. When I saw that you offered both types of units I decided to go ahead and purchase the units. I've been very pleased with all 3 units. I believe they have reduced the scaling, they make it much easier to keep things clean and spotless.

I was reading all the testimonials and were all from Calif . Well I'm in PA and we have hard water too. (years ago I moved from my big home where I had a water treatment and softener loved it) . After 5 years in my new home had to start replacing new shower heads and new faucets the ice maker and then got test kits and saw we had hard water ,and started looking around for water softeners and Not wanting to go through all the expanses and I don't have the room for the salt tanks or the salt with husband having high blood pressure , so I gave small wonder a shot - I waited to put it in .. Three years ago my husband and I completed our dream home high on a mountain overlooking the White River in northwest Arkansas. We had a well drilled, but after moving into our new home discovered that the water was filled with calcium deposits. One drop of water would leave a white spot on counters, floors, and bathroom fixtures. Since we are organic gardeners, we never considered using a water softening system using salt. Our ground water flows into our gardens and the river. To make matters worse, bathing in the water from our well was drying out our skin and hair. We had a serious problem. I actually talked with Eduardo before I went online. I was very impressed at how Eduardo explained to me how the Small Wonder works. I'm an Electrical Engineer with 8 years of college, so I would know if he made sense. Anyway, the actual use seems to prove that the Small Wonder works. The transaction was smooth and fast and handled professionally. shipping was pretty quick too. A call to the company was answered by someone who spoke English well, and was respectful and courteous. I am not totally convinced that the small wonder is as effective as advertised. I expected to see dramatic differences in my water, but if anything the difference is very subtle. I see that it is working, but not quite so obvious as a salt softener. |
